RowanVale welcome gift offer

The store is independently operated from Xingtai, Hebei, China. Our current checkout offers physical gifts using store-issued credit. It does not collect card or PayPal payments. Contact us through the contact form with any question about the offer or an order.

Account and credit

A new customer account created after the offer begins receives USD 100 once after email verification. Existing accounts are excluded from the automatic award. Credit may be used across multiple orders and has no expiry. It cannot be transferred, purchased or exchanged for cash. The balance must cover your whole order, including delivery. Keep your account details accurate and your password private.

Products and order confirmation

Each page describes the supplier’s listed product style and specifications. Photographs show supplier examples; colours may vary by screen or batch. Items are preorders. The store confirms availability, the final item and a dispatch date before shipment. We do not make substitutions without your agreement. If an item cannot be supplied, you can choose another item or cancel for the order credit to return.

Delivery and returns

The store owner funds procurement and carrier arrangements. Delivery and possible import charges are explained in delivery & returns. Approved refunds return to store credit, with no cash refund for a free credit award. You can review your balance and order history in Your account.

Changes to the offer

The operator may pause new awards or ordering while resolving availability or service issues. Previously issued balances remain recorded. Any change affecting an existing order is discussed with you; you may cancel an unshipped order for its credit to return. These terms do not remove mandatory rights that apply to you.
