How it works
- Create your account using the six-digit code sent to your email.
- Find your $100 balance under Your account → Balance & activity.
- Add items to your bag. Delivery is shown after you enter your destination.
- Select “Use my store credit” at checkout. Your balance must cover the whole order, including delivery.
A balance you can come back to
If your order uses $42, you have $58 left for future orders. Credit does not expire, cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash, and is issued once per eligible new verified account. There is no card payment or paid top-up in this gift offer. Accounts created before the offer started do not receive an automatic award.
Real gifts, thoughtfully arranged
Our collection is available for preorder. We confirm supplier availability, your item’s details and a dispatch date by email before shipment. If an item is unavailable, you can choose another item or cancel for the credit to return to your account. You can review orders and tracking under Your account.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds return the amount of credit used for the refunded portion. Unshipped cancellations return the remaining credit paid for that order. Refunds go back to store credit; no cash was collected. See delivery & returns for assistance after delivery.
